CHAN Man Ki Maggie MH JP
陳曼琪律師1991年畢業於香港大學法律學院，1992年考取法律專業文憑，1994年成為香港執業律師，2012年獲香港特區政府頒授榮譽勳章及民政事務局頒授義務法律服務表揚計劃獲獎律師。2013年獲香港城市大學頒授榮譽院士，2015年獲香港特區政府頒授太平紳士。陳律師現為陳曼琪律師行首席律師、香港中小型律師行協會創會會長、中國委托公証人、認可調解員、深圳仲裁委員會仲裁員、深圳國際仲裁院仲裁員、青島仲裁委員會仲裁員和婚姻監禮人。陳律師擅長處理民商事訴訟，特別是保險業、建築工程及收回土地訴訟，包括人身傷害索償及其他侵權行為索償。
除了律師工作外，陳曼琪律師積極投入社會服務。於2000年，陳律師積極投身義務工作及社會服務，為基層及弱勢提供義務法律諮詢服務。她於2004年首次當選香港特區民選區議員至今，一直以專業真誠為宗旨，助弱勢，爭公義，服務大眾，回饋社會。自2005年，陳律師被香港特區政府委任到不同類型的諮詢機構及法定組織，使她結合地區服務經驗及專業知識，長期在多個不同範疇服務市民。
陳曼琪律師現為黃大仙民選區議員，並擔任多項社會公職，包括香港特首選舉委員會委員、上訴委員團（市區重建局條例）副主席、香港城市大學顧問委員會委員、安老事務委員會委員、上訴委員會（房屋）委員、嶺南大學校董等。陳律師亦曾擔任香港城市大學校董、城市規劃委員會委員、平等機會委員會委員、自置居所津貼上訴委員會委員、上訴委員會（旅館業）委員、上訴委員會（會社（房產安全））委員和上訴委員會（床位寓所）委員。
國內服務方面，陳律師現為中華全國婦女聯合會香港特邀代表、全國港澳研究會會員、中國人民政治協商會議湖南省政協委員及湖南省海外聯誼會常務理事。

Ms. Chan Man Ki Maggie MH JP received her Bachelor of Laws and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from The University of Hong Kong in 1991 and 1992 respectively. Ms. Chan was qualified as a solicitor in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 1994, was awarded Medal of Honor and the individual’s award of Home Affairs Bureau’s Recognition Scheme for Provision of Pro Bono Legal Services in 2012, Honorary Fellow of the City University of Hong Kong in 2013 and Justice of the Peace in 2015.
Ms. Chan is now practising as the principal of CMK lawyers, a China-Appointed Attesting Officer, an Accredited Mediator, an arbitrator of Shenzhen Arbitration Commission, an arbitrator of Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, an arbitrator of Qingdao Arbitration Commission, a civil celebrant and the Founding President of the Small and Medium Law Firms Association of Hong Kong. Ms. Chan focuses her professional practice and is specialized in insurance related litigation, construction related litigation and land recovery litigation including but not limited to employees’ compensation and personal injuries claims.
Apart from legal practice, Ms. Chan has a long and distinguished record of public service in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Ms. Chan has been giving free legal services to the working class and the Community since 1999 and free mediation service in the community since 2011.
She is now serving as the an elected District Councillor of the Wong Tai Sin District Council. She is also acting as various posts of non-profit making bodies and associations in the Community, including a Member of Hong Kong Chief Executive Election Committee, the Deputy Chairman of Appeal Board Panel under the Urban Renewal Authority Ordinance, a Court Member of the City University of Hong Kong, a Member of Elderly Commission, a Member of Appeal Panel (Housing) and a council member of Lingnan University. She also served as a council member of the City University of Hong Kong, a board member of Town Planning Board, a board member of Equal Opportunities Commission, a member of Home Purchase Allowance Appeals Committee, a member of Appeal Board (Hotel & Guesthouse Accommodation), a member of Appeal Board (Clubs (Safety of Premises)) and a member of Appeal Board (Bedspace Apartments).
As regards the public service in the Mainland, Ms. Chan is a Hong Kong Member of All-China Women’s Federation, a Member of Chinese Association of Hong Kong and Macao Studies, a Member of Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, and an Executive Committee Member of Hunan Overseas Friendship Association.
