On 28 July 2020, the PCPD will organize another webinar "Working Out for the New Data Ecosystem and Legal Frameworks". Aiming to help data practitioners gear up for the challenges of the new legal frameworks, Mr Stephen Kai-yi Wong, Barrister, Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong, will conduct a webinar covering the key aspects of the global development in personal data protection being driven by elevated privacy expectations.
The PCPD believe this webinar is useful and practical for legal practitioners to gain insights into the laws, regulations and guidelines relating to personal information protection in Hong Kong, the mainland, as well as jurisdiction around the world, including non-EU states (such as Singapore, India and the United States).
