Seats are prioritized for SAMLAW members. Enrolments will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. For existing members, the Nov 2020- Oct 2021 membership fee shall be waived. Those who have paid annual membership fee of HK$600 shall be considered as duly paid the membership fee for Nov 2021 Oct 2022. Alternatively, members may choose to apply in writing for a refund.
Newly joined members are only required to pay the one-off subscription fee of HK$100. Membership fee for Nov 2020- Oct 2021 shall be waived. Membership Application Form is attached.
Payment method: A crossed cheque payable to “The Small and Medium Law Firms Association of Hong Kong” or “香港中律協” (mailing address: Unit A, 7/F, Chun Wo Commercial Centre, No.25, Wing Wo Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong).
Remarks:
·CPD 2 hours / 2 CPD points being applied for.
·Confirmation will be sent to the participants once reservation is made, reservation is NOT transferable.
·If you have not received SMS confirmation on your registration on or before 9/8/2020,
your registration herein is/ will be considered as unsuccessful.
·Members who have not registered in advance will NOT be able to obtain any CPD point.
·Should there be any dispute, SAMLAW’s decision shall be final.

·就內地人民法院作出並受《安排》涵蓋的生效判決，訂立由香港法院登記的機制，使內地判決中的指明命令在香港獲承認和強制執行
·就內地民政部門發出的離婚證，訂立由香港法院承認的機制
·為利便當事人在內地申請承認和強制執行香港判決，訂立香港法院發出香港判決的經核證文本及相關證明書的機制
·在香港強制執行財產分割、經濟給養及其他家事命令的方法
